As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Robust knowledge of device management and security policies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Experience in deploying and managing applications across diverse platforms.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
