Key Job Responsibilities of Profile: -

Perform on-line quality checks in shrimp processing plant.

Timely report all on-line analysis to relevant departments.

Do sample collection, sample preparation and perform Microbiology, Antibiotic and Chemical checks and sending samples to external lab.

Timely update and maintain day to day reports in system.

Maintain the documents for Internal and external Audit and certification standards. - Coordination with EIA for all regular activities.

· M.F.Sc. or M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Zoology / other Life Science)
