Role Description As a Technical Writing Intern at CosmoQuick, you will support the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate documentation for our platform and internal processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting user guides, FAQs, and process documents, organizing content for easy navigation, and updating existing materials based on product changes or feedback. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate complex information into accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication to create clear, structured content.
- Ability to develop and maintain Documentation and Technical Documentation for products and processes.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas simply.
- Excellent command of written English, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines, and using online collaboration tools.
- Interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions; familiarity with basic software development or UX concepts is a plus.
