Synergy IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in networking, servers, systems administration, and technical support.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, and maintain enterprise network and server environments. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Cisco networking, along with experience supporting solutions from major IT vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for network, server, system, hardware, and software infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, wireless devices, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless connectivity.
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments.
- Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure services.




- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Perform server patching, system maintenance, backups, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT hardware.
- Work with major technology vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, VMware, Fortinet, and other enterprise vendors.
- Coordinate with vendor technical support teams to resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Assist with network and server deployments, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and support procedures.
- Manage incidents and service requests in accordance with established SLA requirements

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
