Position: IT, Non-IT & Engineering Recruiter – US Staffing
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years
Location: Near Gaur Mall, Greater Noida West
Work Mode: Onsite (Night Shift)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month
Placement Incentive: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per successful placement
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in US Staffing Recruitment
- Prior experience working on W2 and/or Direct Hire requirements is required
- Solid understanding of the US staffing/recruitment process
- Experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Candidates from IT, Non-IT and/or Engineering staffing backgrounds preferred
