System Controls Engineer

Must-Have Skills

n

n
- Solid hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Control Logic Development
n
- Experience with HVAC / Refrigeration Controls
n
- Experience in HVAC system integration
n
- Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA
n
- Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, VFDs and control sequences
n
- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
n
- Exposure to BMS/DDC and communication protocols such as BACnet/Modbus will be an added advantage
n

Roles & Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC control logic for HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
n
- Design and implement control sequences for HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers and related systems.
n




- Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA/BMS and other control systems.
n
- Configure and troubleshoot sensors, pressure/flow controls, VFDs and other field devices.
n
- Participate in system integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
n
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable control solutions.
n
- Prepare and maintain relevant control logic, system documentation and technical specifications.
n

Educational Qualification

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering or a related discipline.
