We're Hiring: Software Development Engineer

Experience: 0–5 Years | Freshers Preferred

Engagement Type: 100% Commission-Based | No Fixed Salary, No Base Pay

We're looking for a hands-on Software Development Engineer to join our engineering team — someone comfortable working directly across the full stack, writing production-quality code, and shipping real features, not just working on theory or toy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end — frontend, backend/API, and database
- Build responsive, component-based UIs using React (JavaScript ES6+, hooks, state management)
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using Node.js (Express)
- Build backend services using Python — Django and/or Flask
- Apply Java for object-oriented and enterprise-style backend patterns where required
- Design and manage relational data models using PostgreSQL, including CRUD operations and schema design
- Design, build, test, and consume REST APIs, including integration with public/third-party APIs
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest (JS) and PyTest (Python) — every feature must ship with tests
- Follow a proper Git & GitHub workflow — branching, pull requests, code review, and merge etiquette
- Participate in code reviews, address feedback, and maintain clean, production-grade code
- Work with staging deployment pipelines — review-then-deploy before any real release
- Debug, fix, and enhance real production code/features




- Follow SDLC best practices, version control discipline, and clean code-review culture

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge (Mandatory):

- React — component-based frontend development, hooks, state/props management
- Node.js / Express — building and testing REST APIs
- Python (Django or Flask) — backend service development
- Java — OOP fundamentals and backend patterns
- PostgreSQL — relational database design, CRUD, query writing
- Git & GitHub — branching, pull requests, code review workflow
- Jest & PyTest — unit and integration testing
- REST API design and integration (including public APIs)
- Understanding of staging/deployment pipelines and release workflow
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the stack

Who Can Apply:

- Freshers with working knowledge of the above stack — given first preference
- Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant software development experience are also welcome
- Basic programming exposure required; robust fundamentals in at least one language (JS/Python/Java) expected

Compensation:
