Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Technical Leadership

n

- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects covering Data, Reporting, and AI initiatives.
n
- Actively participate in all phases of the SDLC – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
n
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams on SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Python, and AI-based solutions.
n
- Review solution designs, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive technical quality.
n

Client & Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client engagements.
n
- Lead and conduct governance meetings with clients, including weekly and monthly reviews.
n
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations in a structured and proactive manner.
n

n

Commercial & Governance Ownership

n

n
- Own effort tracking, utilization, revenue tracking, and profitability for assigned accounts.
n
- Ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of project metrics.
n




- Drive compliance with delivery governance, processes, and agreed quality benchmarks.
n

n

Team Management

n

n
- Mentor and guide project teams, including technical leads and developers.
n
- Support task planning, allocation, and performance management.
n
- Ensure continuity through knowledge sharing and backup planning.
n

n

Mandatory Skills

n

n
- Strong expertise in SQL, Data Analysis, SSRS, MS Power BI
n
- Working knowledge of Python and AI / Analytics solutions
n
- Proven experience in project / delivery management for data-driven programs
n
- Excellent client communication and governance management skills
n

n

Desired Profile

- 13+ years of relevant experience
n
- Robust balance of technical depth and managerial leadership
n
- Experience in client-facing roles within enterprise or BFSI environments is preferred
