N Ensure a seamless handoff to the operations or fulfillment team after conversion. N Capture and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems. N Analyze customer interactions and share insights to improve lead conversion and customer experience. N Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
