Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and drive delivery of a complex enterprise product built using .NET, Python, and SQL Server technologies. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, handle stakeholder communication, and ensure successful product delivery with high quality and scalability. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end software project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodology. - Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, DevOps, and Business teams. - Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning. - Work closely with technical teams on solutions involving: - .NET / .NET Core - Python services and AI integrations - SQL Server - APIs and Microservices - Conduct sprint planning, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings. - Prepare project reports, delivery updates, and escalation management. - Conduct product demos and showcase new features to clients, management,



and stakeholders. - Ensure quality delivery, release management, and production stability. Required Skills - Strong understanding of .NET, Python, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise applications. - Experience managing technical software projects and Agile teams. - Good knowledge of SDLC, sprint management, and delivery tracking tools like Jira/Azure DevOps. - Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Solid leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience & Qualification - 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Technical Project Management. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - PMP/Scrum certification preferred.
