Role Overview

n

We are looking for a senior IT leader to own IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, security and IT support operations. The ideal candidate should be both strategically strong and hands-on with enterprise IT environments.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management.
n
- Manage Microsoft Intune/UEM, endpoint security, device compliance and lifecycle.
n
- Own LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and office infrastructure.
n
- Drive IT support, ITSM, SLA management, incident/problem management and service delivery.
n
- Lead ISO 27001 / SOC 2 readiness, security controls and audit requirements.
n




- Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors, budgets and technology procurement.
n
- Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure & Support team and define technology roadmaps.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Microsoft technologies, networking and IT support.
n
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
n
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZTNA/SASE, VPNs, firewalls and network security.
n
- Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits and compliance.
n
- Strong leadership, vendor management, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
n

n

Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM or CISSP.
