About Us

We're a UK-based company building out our sales team, and we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join us.

What You'll Do

Identify and reach out to prospects on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator, qualify leads, and pass warm conversations into our sales pipeline. You'll be expected to stay on top of follow-ups and other day-to-day BAU activities without needing to be chased.

What We're Looking For

- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)
- Prior sales experience, or a relevant qualification in sales/marketing/business
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Extremely regular and punctual, with strong attendance during working hours
- Disciplined about follow-ups and daily BAU tasks, doesn't let things slip
- Self-motivated and coachable

Compensation

₹15,000 fixed monthly pay, plus commission on conversions. Full training on our process, tools and messaging is provided.
