Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / ACF2 Mainframe IAM professional to provide part-time job support for a SailPoint IIQ ACF2 account management project.

The resource should have solid hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ workflows, QuickLinks, Forms, Rules, Provisioning Plans, ACF2 connectors, and Mainframe ACF2 account/group management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on job support for SailPoint IIQ ACF2 account update flows.
- Troubleshoot and reproduce production issues in lower environments.
- Trace and analyze the complete SailPoint flow:
- QuickLink → Form → Workflow → Rule → ProvisioningPlan → ACF2 Connector
- .
- Analyze provisioning issues related to ACF2 accounts and multi-valued group attributes.

- Implement and troubleshoot correct handling of multi-valued groups using Add/Remove operations instead of Set operations where required.
- Debug SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, forms, and provisioning plans.
- Validate provisioning requests and connector behavior in lower environments.
- Export/import ACF2 applications and related roles between Production and Development environments for testing.
- Assist with application configuration, role configuration, and deployment-related activities.




- Analyze SailPoint logs and provisioning results to identify root causes.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and validation of fixes before production deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and job support whenever required.Required Skills

- 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong IAM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Strong experience with Mainframe ACF2.
- Experience working with SailPoint ACF2 connectors.

- Experience migrating/exporting/importing SailPoint applications and roles between environments.
- Ability to understand existing production flows and reproduce issues in Dev/QA environments.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience
- SailPoint IIQ customization and configuration.
- Java BeanShell / SailPoint Rule development.
- XML-based SailPoint configuration.
- Mainframe security and ACF2 concepts.
- Identity lifecycle management and access provisioning.
- Production issue analysis and root-cause identification.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
