Key ResponsibilitiesBooking Management: Handle direct and third-party channel bookings, keep room availability updated, and prevent overbookings.Revenue & Rate Strategy: Work with revenue teams to apply energetic pricing, manage inventories, and meet sales targets.Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor reservation staff while monitoring performance and telephone etiquette.Department Coordination: Liaise with front office, sales, housekeeping, and concierge teams to ensure room readiness and smooth guest arrivals.Reporting & Forecasting: Track booking trends, analyze market demand, and prepare daily or monthly occupancy forecast
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
