Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and drive delivery of a complex enterprise product built using .NET, Python, and SQL Server technologies. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, handle stakeholder communication, and ensure successful product delivery with high quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end software project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodology.
n
- Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, DevOps, and Business teams.
n
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
n
- Work closely with technical teams on solutions involving:
n
- .NET / .NET Core
n
- Python services and AI integrations
n
- SQL Server
n
- APIs and Microservices
n
- Conduct sprint planning, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
n
- Prepare project reports, delivery updates, and escalation management.
n
- Conduct product demos and showcase new features to clients, management,



and stakeholders.
n
- Ensure quality delivery, release management, and production stability.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Strong understanding of .NET, Python, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise applications.
n
- Experience managing technical software projects and Agile teams.
n
- Positive knowledge of SDLC, sprint management, and delivery tracking tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
n
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Qualification

n

n
- 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Technical Project Management.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
n
- PMP/Scrum certification preferred.
