Must-Have

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
n
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
n
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript,



Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.
n
- Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications.
n
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
n
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools.
n
- Positive understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
