About the Role

Looking for someone to actively manage accounts and finances as the primary priority along with administrative or operational responsibilities over time.

The role is built and planned in a way to ensure growth of the candidate from Supervisor to Head of Department.

Candidate Preferences

Mandatory:
n

- 3–5 years of work experience.
n
- Active hands on experience in accounts and finance.
n
- Needs to know how to use tools such as Tally
n
- Knows how to manage GST and tax processes
n
- Aware of finance and tax laws
n
n
Plus point (Not Mandatory but is an advantage):

n
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
n
- Knowledge of import/export and logistics will be an advantage.
n
- Should be willing to take ownership of company growth and help, advise and manage across different functions and processes.

- Should be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
n
Accounts & Finance (PRIMARY)
n
n
- Manage day-to-day accounts activities.
n
- Track receivables, payables and payments.
n
- Manage vendor and customer reconciliations.
n
- Coordinate with accountants, auditors and tax consultants.
n
- Track cash flow and working capital.
n
- Prepare regular MIS and reports for management.
n
- Check for errors and gaps in financial processes.
n
- Manage GST and Tax processes
n
n
Logistics & Import/Export (ADVANTAGE)
n
n
- Manage domestic and international logistics.
n
- Handle import/export documentation.
n
- Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, transporters and shipping agents.
n
- Track shipments and deliveries.
n
- Ensure all documents are complete and submitted on time.
n
- Track logistics costs.
n
n
Production & Inventory (ADVANTAGE)
n
n
- Track raw material, production, finished goods and dispatches.
n
- Track production quantities, recovery, wastage and losses.
n
- Maintain production and inventory reports.
n
- Develop systems to track production and profitability.
n
n
MIS & Processes (PRIMARY)
n
n
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
n
- Set up systems to track the company's key activities.
n
- Create SOPs and checklists where required.
n
- Improve existing processes.
n
- Make sure information flows properly between accounts, procurement, logistics, production and sales.

- Automate routine work where possible.
