Role Summary

n

Support accounting, financial reporting, and governance activities across SPVs, holding companies, GP entities, and management companies. The role focuses on entity-level accounting, financial controls, statutory reporting, audit coordination, and corporate structure management.

Key Responsibilities:-

n

Entity Accounting & Financial Reporting

n

n
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities across multiple legal entities and SPVs.
n
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
n
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
n
- Maintain trial balances and financial records.
n
- Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
n
- Prepare entity-level financial reports and management accounts.
n

n

Corporate Structure Oversight

n

n
- Maintain legal entity structures and ownership records.
n
- Support cap table administration and investor ownership tracking.
n
- Prepare governance and legal entity reporting packages.
n
- Assist with restructuring, refinancing, and corporate transactions.
n
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and external service providers.
n

n

Audit, Tax & Compliance Support

n

n
- Support statutory reporting and financial statement preparation.
n
- Coordinate audit requests and supporting schedules.
n




- Assist with IFRS, Local GAAP, and reporting adjustments.
n
- Support tax compliance activities through data preparation and coordination with advisors.
n
- Maintain compliance trackers and reporting calendars.
n

Required Experience

n

n
- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, SPV Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, or Controller Support functions.
n
- Strong understanding of legal entity accounting and financial close processes.
n
- Experience with reconciliations, financial statements, and intercompany accounting.
n
- Exposure to audits and statutory reporting requirements.
n
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
n

Preferred Experience

n

n
- Experience supporting private equity or private credit structures.
n
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional SPVs and holding company structures.
n
- Familiarity with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
n
- Experience coordinating with auditors, administrators, and tax advisors.
