Position Title: Manager Engineering
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead our Supply Chain engineering teams. This leader will be responsible for building and scaling world-class search and product discovery experiences that power our grocery retail platform. You will drive the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our Supply Chain and Catalog systems, ensuring seamless, personalized, and high-performance experiences for millions of customers.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams focused on search relevance, catalog management, and product discovery.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Supply chain platforms, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, UX, and Business teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
- Champion engineering excellence, agile practices, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure high availability, performance, resiliency, and modularity of supply chain




- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML, search technologies, and eCommerce innovation.

Experience Required:
- 9+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and leading high-performance teams
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
- Proven experience building large-scale consumer facing applications
- Ability to create, influence and present complex system architecture and design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- A problem-solver Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you find ways to get things done
- Robust strategic planning and project execution skills.
