Description

· Expertise in designing and implementing Extra Low Voltage systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, LAN, Access Point, BMS, and Audio-Visual solutions, etc.

· Strong project management skills, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, engineering, and implementation teams.

· Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored ELV solutions.

· Estimation, Costing and BOQ Preparations.

· Working Knowledge of CAD

· Comprehensive understanding of ELV products and systems, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Developed and maintained solid relationships with key clients, resulting in repeat business and increased customer satisfaction.

· Collaborated with the technical team to ensure seamless project implementation, meeting client expectations.

· Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Technical Expertise

Expertise in designing and implementing Extra Low Voltage systems included but not limited to the following: -

- Fire Fighting System (Sprinkler & Hydrant System)
- Smoke Detection & Aspiration System
- Public Address & Voice Evacuation System
- Gas Suppression System (Novec, FM-200, Aaronite, Integrin)
- Visitor Management System
- CCTV Video Surveillance System
- Access Control & Gate Automation System
- Integrated BMS System
- Video Door Phone, Smart Lock & FTTH Solutions
- Intrusion Detection System

Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the Technical Team for aspects of security system projects.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions.

· Lead and supervise Project Execution and manage the Technical and Project Teams.





· Conduct site surveys and assessments for Designing and developing system architectures and infrastructure.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security systems.

· Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.

· With 6 or more years working experience in the Security Industry.

· Prior experience in handling Team

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key skill

- Candidate should have customer handling capability.
- Expertise in Design, BOQ creation and implementation of LV Systems including but not limited to CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (Addressable and Conventional), Fire Suppression system (Vesta), in fire detection and protection system
