Title: Network Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Skills Required: Cisco routing ,Cisco switching, Monitoring, configuration CCNA

n

Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Design, deploy, and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure across enterprise/data center environments
n
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP (as applicable)
n
- Manage switching technologies: VLANs, STP/RSTP/MST, LACP, trunking
n
- Handle advanced troubleshooting for network outages, latency, packet loss, and asymmetric routing issues
n
- Implement and support high availability and redundancy solutions (HSRP, VRRP, MLAG, VSX, VSS)
n
- Work closely with firewall and security teams (FortiGate, Check Point, F5 preferred)
n
- Perform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization
n
- Support WAN, MPLS, Internet, and VPN connectivity
n
- Manage and troubleshoot load balancers (F5 LTM preferred)
n




- Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and root cause analysis (RCA)
n
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
n
- Provide L3/L4 escalation support and mentor L1/L2 engineers
n
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards
n

Technical Skills:

n

n
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP
n
- Routing: OSPF, BGP (route filtering, redistribution, path selection)
n
- Switching: VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, MAC learning
n
- Network troubleshooting using packet capture and CLI tools
n
- Experience with Cisco, Dell switches/routers
n
- High availability protocols: HSRP / VRRP
n

Qualifications:

n

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (ECE/EEE/CS/IT) with 3+ years of relevant experience in Network Routing and Switching and a valid CCNA or higher certification.
