We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who can oversee complex initiatives, establish solid project governance standards, and ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Governance & Process Excellence

n

- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.

- Monitor project health, track progress against success metrics, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
n
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
n
- Develop, standardize, and maintain project management templates, documentation, and best practices.

2. End-to-End Program & Project Delivery

n

- Lead projects through the complete lifecycle, from planning and initiation to implementation, deployment, and optimization.
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
n
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and deliverables to achieve defined milestones.

- Ensure alignment between project objectives, business priorities, and organizational goals.

3. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

- Serve as the primary point of coordination during project execution, ensuring effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.
n
- Build strong working relationships across teams and departments to facilitate successful delivery.
n
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive decision-making and resolution of project challenges through effective stakeholder engagement.

4. Budget Management, Reporting & Governance

- Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and effectively manage scope changes.
n
- Prepare and present accurate project status reports, risk assessments, and performance updates to leadership teams.
n
- Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date project documentation.
n
- Ensure transparency and consistency in project reporting and governance practices.

Required Experience & Expertise

n

- Proven experience managing multiple digital or technology-focused projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
n
- Strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and the product development lifecycle.
n
- Experience in establishing and maintaining project management standards, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
n
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and industry-standard delivery methodologies.
n
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing competing priorities.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

n
- 13-18 years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
n
- Demonstrated expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic execution.
n
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
