Role Description The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales for Brass Globe. This full time, remote role in Moradabad involves planning and executing paid advertising across channels such as search, social media, and marketplaces, while monitoring performance metrics and budgets. The person in this role will analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize return on ad spend.





Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with content and design teams to develop ad creatives, refining audience targeting, performing A/B tests, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also includes staying informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep campaigns effective and aligned with business goals.
