What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Install, configure, and support enterprise servers (Dell / HPE / Lenovo or equivalent)
n
- Troubleshoot hardware issues: CPU, memory, disks, RAID/HBA controllers, firmware & drivers
n
- Deploy and manage SAN/NAS storage (LUN provisioning, RAID, multipathing, performance tuning)
n
- Administer virtualization platforms:
n

n

VMware vSphere / ESXi

n

Microsoft Hyper-V & Failover Clustering

n

Linux KVM

n

Manage VM lifecycle, HA, live migration & cluster patching/upgrades

n

Deploy and support enterprise backup & DR solutions (Commvault, NetBackup, Veeam, etc.)

n

Perform backup monitoring, restore validation & DR drills

n

Administer Windows Server and Linux (RHEL / Ubuntu / SUSE) environments

n

Execute OS patching, troubleshooting & performance optimization

n





Monitor infrastructure health and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

n

Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for escalations and RMAs

n

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs & operational runbooks

n

What We're Looking For:

n

- Strong expertise in server & storage architecture
n
- Deep understanding of virtualization & clustering technologies
n
- Hands-on experience in backup & disaster recovery environments
n
- Proficiency in Windows & Linux OS administration
n
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, bonding, TCP/IP)
n
- Experience working in enterprise / data center environments
n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting & incident management skills
n

Preferred Certifications:

n

n
- VMware VCP
n
- Microsoft Certification (Windows Server / Hyper-V)
n
- Red Hat (RHCSA / RHCE)
n
- Backup or storage certifications (Commvault, NetBackup, etc.)
n
