Role Description The Operations Management Trainee will support day-to-day restaurant intelligence and operations activities, ensuring smooth use of Saruh’s platform by client teams. This full-time, on-site role in Thane involves monitoring operational data, preparing performance reports, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements across sales, profitability, marketing, and customer experience. The trainee will coordinate with internal teams and restaurant clients to track operational issues, document workflows, and help standardize best practices.

Responsibilities also include handling basic project coordination,



supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Foundational knowledge of Operations Management to support process optimization and daily workflow coordination.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and restaurant clients.
- Basic Project Management skills to assist in planning, tracking, and executing operational initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with technology and data tools; familiarity with dashboards or analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with a focus on quality and timelines.
- Interest in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service sector and willingness to learn in a fast-paced workplace.
