What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The Intermediate QE is responsible for leading the quality assurance and control functions for the wire payments and commercial payments hub platform. This role ensures robust, secure, and compliant payment processing solutions by overseeing test planning, execution, automation, and compliance with regulatory and security standards. The incumbent collaborates with product, development, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions supporting business objectives.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- Develop and implement QA/QC strategies, standards, and best practices for payments hub and wire payment platforms.
- Creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) for all payment initiatives, features, and integrations.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, integration,



regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
- Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability through automation and process optimization.
- Ensure all testing activities adhere to regulatory and security requirements, including validation of payment workflows for compliance with local and international standards (e.g., RTR, SWIFT ISO 20022).
- Monitor, track, and report on defects, issues, and test results. Collaborate with development and product teams to triage and resolve defects.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and team productivity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in payments and QA.
