We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our Bangalore team and support the development, maintenance, and continuous updating of multiple event and corporate websites.

This is a full-time, in-office position. The role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working across multiple websites at the same time, handling frequent updates, building new pages, and using AI tools to speed up website design and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Update and maintain multiple company and event websites.
- Create and update website pages, sections, banners, forms, content, images, logos, dates, speaker information, sponsor information, and event details.
- Build new websites using existing templates and approved brand guidelines.
- Create new website templates and layouts using AI-assisted development and design tools.
- Convert AI-generated concepts and layouts into fully functional websites.
- Manage multiple websites and landing pages simultaneously.
- Ensure all websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Handle regular content and design updates based on internal team requests.
- Troubleshoot website layout, functionality, form, and responsiveness issues.




- Maintain consistency across multiple event websites.
- Support website launches, event updates, and urgent changes when required.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Design, IT, and Production teams.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of WordPress.
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to build and modify responsive website layouts.
- Comfortable managing multiple websites and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using AI tools for website development, coding, design, or layout creation.
- Ability to adapt AI-generated concepts and templates into functional websites.
- Basic understanding of domains, hosting, plugins, forms, and website integrations.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted coding or vibe coding tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or similar platforms.
- Experience with event, conference, corporate, or landing-page websites.
- Basic UI/UX knowledge.
- Experience with website speed optimization and basic SEO.
- Familiarity with CRM, registration forms, payment gateways, or marketing integrations is a plus.
