Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT & System Admin – CCTV & Networking to manage the company’s computer systems, networking infrastructure, CCTV surveillance systems, and day-to-day IT support. The candidate will be responsible for system maintenance, troubleshooting, network connectivity, CCTV monitoring and maintenance, hardware/software support, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem & IT Support

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and required software.
- Troubleshoot system performance, hardware failures, and software-related problems.
- Maintain records of IT assets, systems, and equipment.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.

CCTV & Security Systems

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, storage, display, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure all cameras are functioning properly and recording continuously.
- Manage CCTV system access and user permissions.
- Maintain CCTV recordings and ensure required footage is available when needed.
- Coordinate with service providers for CCTV repair, replacement, and upgrades.

Networking

- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connections.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses, network devices, and connectivity issues.




- Monitor network performance and resolve network downtime.
- Maintain network cabling and ensure proper connectivity between departments.
- Support internet connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and network sharing.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and external networking vendors when required.

IT Infrastructure & Maintenance

- Monitor the overall IT infrastructure of the company.
- Identify technical issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain servers, network equipment, CCTV systems, and other IT infrastructure as applicable.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, equipment, passwords/access, and service records.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and available for daily operations.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking.
- Basic knowledge of IP addressing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
- Hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, networking, CCTV maintenance, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
