Job Title: IT Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide vision and leadership for the development and implementation of IT initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize AI initiatives that drive value and innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate AI strategies into the broader IT and business strategy.
- AI Technology Management:
- Oversee the evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI technologies and tools.
- Manage AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, machine learning platforms, and computing resources.
- Ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Technology Management:
- Oversee the management and operation of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data centres.
- Ensure that all technology systems are functioning optimally.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Develop and implement professional development plans for team members.
- Project Management:
- Oversee IT project & AI-related projects from inception through deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with other IT and business units to ensure successful project execution.
- Data Management and Analytics:
- Develop strategies for data collection, storage, and management to support AI initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures.




- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage data security and disaster recovery plans.
- Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential IT risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure that IT systems are resilient and can recover quickly from disruptions.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure AI solutions address business challenges.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and project statuses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation and Research:
- Stay current with AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation within the AI team.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 10 years) in IT or a related field, with a strong focus on AI technologies and applications.
- Experience in a leadership role managing AI teams and projects.

Skills:

- Robust understanding of AI methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications and use cases.
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations related to AI.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
