nHCLTech is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Scientist – Generative AI & Machine Learning Trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced AI and Machine Learning learning solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning who enjoy mentoring and enabling technical talent.
nKey Responsibilities
nDesign and develop machine learning pipelines covering data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
nDeliver training programs and practical workshops on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop AI-driven solutions.
nPerform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to generate actionable business insights.




nExplore and implement cutting-edge techniques in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
nStay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and industry best practices.
nMentor and coach learners and junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
nContribute to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and technical excellence.
nRequired Skills
nStrong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.
nHands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks.
nProficiency in Python, R, or Java.
nSolid understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Mathematical Optimization.
nExperience developing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
nQualifications
nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (
