About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in both frontend and backend development, database management, API integration, and building scalable web applications.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and optimizing applications while working closely with product, design, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Build scalable and secure frontend and backend applications.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Develop new features and improve existing application functionality.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Integrate external services, payment gateways, APIs, and other third-party platforms.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and management.

Required SkillsFrontend
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React.js / Next.js / Angular / Vue.js.
- Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles.

Backend
- Experience with Node.js / Express.js or similar backend technologies.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.




- Experience with backend architecture and server-side development.

Database
- Knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Ability to design database structures and write optimized queries.
- Understanding of database security and data management.

Tools & Other Skills
- Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- Knowledge of deployment, hosting, and server management.
- Understanding of debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience developing fintech, lending, banking, payment, or financial applications will be an advantage.
- Experience working with high-volume applications and API-based systems.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployment is a plus.

Salary

Market-competitive salary based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
