About the Role

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to join our technology team and build scalable, secure, production-grade digital financial products.

This is a hands-on engineering role spanning front-end development, backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, and application architecture. You will work closely with product, design, QA, and other engineering stakeholders to build applications supporting payments, financial services, and partner integrations.

We are looking for engineers who think beyond writing code, with an understanding of production performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, and real-world business requirements.

What You Will Own

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js on the front end and Node.js on the backend.
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and, where required, GraphQL APIs, including integrations with third-party services.
- Design and maintain efficient database structures using PostgreSQL/MySQL, with MongoDB exposure as an advantage; optimize queries and indexes for performance.
- Build applications with scalability, performance, security, and reliability in mind, and proactively identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and appropriately documented code; participate actively in code reviews and engineering standards.
- Contribute to application architecture, technical design, technology selection, and engineering decisions as the platform evolves.
- Work with cloud environments such as AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows,



and containerized environments such as Docker.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Must-Have Criteria

- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js.
- Strong hands-on experience in React.js and modern JavaScript; TypeScript experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs / API development, integration, authentication, authorization, validation, and error handling.
- Strong experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Practical understanding of software design, Git-based development, debugging, testing, code quality, and production application development.
- Ability to own technical problems and work effectively in a fast-evolving product workplace.

Preferred Criteria

- Fintech / Financial Services domain experience.
- Payment Gateway / UPI Integration exposure.
- Cloud experience with AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM APIs, or AI-enabled application development.
- Exposure to transaction-intensive, security-sensitive, or highly available applications.
