Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Healthcare who combines hands-on software engineering, business-facing partnership, product and solution design, agentic AI engineering, and enterprise technology leadership.

The FDE will work directly with healthcare marketing stakeholders to understand operational needs, design practical solutions, and rapidly build working prototypes. The role will collaborate with architecture, data, Adobe, security, and delivery teams to move validated solutions toward safe, scalable production use.

Key Responsibilities : Healthcare Marketing Partnership

- Partner with healthcare marketing and marketing-operations stakeholders to understand business goals, workflows, delays, and decision points.
- Apply healthcare payer, member, and consumer marketing context to campaigns, audiences, customer journeys, offers, content, and measurement.
- Account for privacy, consent, communication preferences, contact policies, approvals, and human accountability.

Product & Solution Design

- Translate ambiguous business needs into explicit user problems, measurable outcomes, constraints, and priorities.
- Design customer journeys, processes, roles, handoffs, decisions, system touchpoints, and feedback loops.
- Evaluate native platform capabilities, deterministic automation, agentic components, and custom services based on value, risk, cost, and scalability.
- Build thin working prototypes, test with users, and recommend whether to scale, change, or stop a solution.

Agentic AI Solution Engineering

- Use ChatGPT or Claude for discovery, analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and correction.




- Build working agentic AI solutions using APIs or SDKs, structured outputs, and enterprise tools or interfaces.
- Apply context management, retrieval, function calling, MCP-style integration, state, memory, and error-handling patterns.
- Define evaluation methods, guardrails, human approval, traceability, fallback, monitoring, latency, and usage-cost controls.

Enterprise Engineering & Scale

- Develop and review production-oriented software using Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- Design APIs, authentication, schemas, data pipelines, and batch or event-driven integrations.
- Address identity, security, reliability, performance, scalability, cost, supportability, and operational ownership.
- Guide deployment, DevSecOps, observability, support, and prototype-to-production decisions.

Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer

- Facilitate design reviews, communicate technical trade-offs, and influence business and technical ways of working.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with enterprise architects and platform specialists.
- Document solution components, decisions, integrations, controls, and the production transition path.

Required Qualifications

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, solution design, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated healthcare payer, member, or consumer marketing experience, including campaign lifecycle, audiences, journeys, communication controls, and measurement.




- Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to frame ambiguous problems and shape solution, process, and operating-model trade-offs.
- Proven experience with rapid prototyping, user testing, and outcome-based roadmap decisions.
- Proficient use of ChatGPT or Claude as a builder, with clear methods for context management, verification, and correction.
- Hands-on experience building an agent or AI solution using tools or APIs, retrieval, function calling, MCP-style integration, state, and error handling.
- Understanding of evaluation, guardrails, human control, monitoring, fallback, and AgentOps practices.
- Hands-on software development and integration experience across APIs, data, events, or batch patterns.
- Ability to understand enterprise architecture and non-functional requirements, mentor engineers, and influence production-scale design in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe MarTech solutions, including:

- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Audiences, Journeys, Publishing, and Activation Channels

Success Measures

- Reduce the time from business need to validated solution evidence.
- Deliver working prototypes that meet defined functional, quality, safety, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure solutions have a clear production path, operational ownership, controlled usage costs, and stakeholder adoption.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
