Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Field

Engineer will install, commission, inspect, and maintain elevator systems at customer locations, ensuring secure and reliable operation. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and coordinating preventive maintenance visits to minimize downtime.

Engineer will interact directly with customers to explain findings, provide status updates, and support smooth handover of completed work.



The position also involves documenting service activities, following safety protocols and company standards, and collaborating with project and technical teams to deliver high-quality elevator solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose faults and resolve elevator system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Field Service and Project Management skills to handle on-site tasks, plan work schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, explain technical information clearly, and maintain professional service relationships.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in elevator or similar industrial equipment being an advantage.
- Candidates should have a diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) and be comfortable working on-site at various customer locations.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field.
