Job Title: Factory Supervisor – Material & Dispatch Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day material handling and factory operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring the correct quantity and quality of materials received and dispatched, proper packing, inventory coordination, and timely dispatch of materials to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Check the quantity and quality of all inward and outward materials received at or dispatched from the factory.
- Verify materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, material lists, and project requirements.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling, loading, and dispatch of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with the Project, Production, Purchase, and Site teams for material requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure materials are dispatched to sites accurately and within the required timelines.
- Monitor and maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
- Identify and report any quantity mismatch, damage, quality issues, or shortages in received or dispatched materials.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of metal façade components, panels, profiles, accessories, and other project materials.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in factory supervision, manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or dispatch operations.
- Good understanding of material checking, inventory handling, packing, loading, and dispatch processes.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Valuable communication and basic documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and material/inventory records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
