We are looking for a strong, experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to take complete responsibility for our Plastic Recycling & Reprocessing Factory.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of factory management experience
- Experience in plastic recycling/reprocessing is highly preferred
- Strong ability to manage labour, production and daily operations
- Good understanding of machinery, quality and production processes
- Robust leadership, discipline and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage factory operations and production
- Handle labour and manpower effectively
- Achieve production targets and control wastage
- Monitor quality, machinery and maintenance
- Maintain discipline and productivity
- Take complete ownership of factory performance

We are looking for someone strong, practical and capable of independently handling the factory and workforce.
