From weddings and celebrations to corporate events, exhibitions and public events, we take complete ownership of event planning and execution.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Management Intern who wants to learn the real-world event industry and gain hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

- Assist in event planning, coordination and execution
- Support the team in preparing event checklists, schedules and requirements
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and event partners
- Assist with venue visits, measurements and event setup
- Support on-ground event execution before, during and after events
- Help with vendor follow-ups and logistics coordination
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and event-related documents
- Support the creative and production team when required
- Capture event-related content for social media
- Help the team ensure every event is delivered smoothly and professionally

What We're Looking For

- Passion for events, entertainment, marketing or business
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to work as part of a team




- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Willingness to work during weekends or extended hours when events require
