DTP Operator (Desktop Publishing Operator)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to create, format, edit, and prepare documents and visual content for printing and digital use. The candidate should have good knowledge of DTP software and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and format documents, brochures, books, worksheets, manuals, and other publications.
- Type, edit, format, and proofread content as required.
- Design and arrange text, images, tables, and graphics according to project requirements.
- Work on multilingual content and ensure proper text formatting and alignment.
- Make corrections and modifications based on client or project requirements.
- Check spelling, grammar, spacing, alignment, fonts, and overall document layout.
- Prepare files for printing and digital delivery in the required formats.
- Convert and export documents into PDF and other required formats.
- Maintain proper file naming, folder structure, and version control.
- Coordinate with the project team, designers,



translators, and clients when required.
- Complete assigned work within the given deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documents.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar DTP software.
- Good typing and formatting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of page layout, fonts, spacing, margins, and alignment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, or other Indian/regional languages will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–3 years of experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role. Freshers with relevant software knowledge may also be considered.

Education

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
