Our in-house Design & Creative team supports every part of the business, from brand and campaign work to internal communications and recruitment collateral, giving designers exposure to a wide range of industries and problems rather than a single account or product.
nRole Description
nWe're looking for a Creative Lead to head our in-house design function, owning creative direction, leading a small design team, and delivering branding, campaign, and communication assets across a diversified group with multiple business lines. You'll move between big-picture brand strategy and hands-on execution in the same week, and you'll see your work used across very different contexts, from a hiring campaign to a client-facing tender document. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both direct a team and roll up their sleeves.

- Lead and manage an in-house design team, allocating work and reviewing output for quality and consistencyn
- Translate business briefs from different teams into transparent creative concepts and campaign directionsn
- Own creative execution across digital, social media, branding, and internal/external collateraln
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders, explain your thinking, and incorporate feedbackn
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines so they hold up consistently across multiple business linesn
- Plan and prioritise creative requests across several teams and deadlines simultaneouslyn
- Provide hands-on design support (layout, typography, image treatment) when timelines require direct execution rather than delegationn
- Mentor and develop design team members, giving regular, constructive feedbackn
