- Professional proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 or equivalent) for technical discussions and documentation.n
- Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken, written, and presentation) with the ability to independently conduct technical and business discussions.n
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture, business etiquette, and stakeholder management.n
- 7+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Secure Software Development.n
- Strong expertise in OWASP Top 10, API Security, Secure SDLC, Threat Modeling, Secure Coding, and DevSecOps.n
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, code reviews, and penetration testing.n
- Experience securing web, mobile, API, and cloud-based applications.n

- Engage with various business units, Sony group companies, and external stakeholders to present SARD Product Security capabilities, conduct technical and business discussions, and develop current security business opportunities.n
- Prepare and deliver compelling security proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations tailored to customer and business requirements.n
- Promote and expand the adoption of Product Security and Application Security services across multiple business units and partner organizations.n
- Perform security assessments and review.n
