- Design and configure AI agents for real-world business use cases.n
- Develop effective prompts, instructions, personas, and conversation flows.n
- Integrate agents with APIs, tools, connectors, CRM, banking, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge systems.n
- Identify and handle edge cases, failures, ambiguity, and recovery scenarios.n
- Build and execute evaluation and regression test scenarios to improve agent quality.n
- Iterate agent behaviour based on real-world usage, feedback, and performance.n
- Work on Conversational Agents or Work Agents.n
- Support rapid POC development and customer-facing solution delivery.n
nMust-Have Skills

- n
- 2+ years of hands-on LLM / Generative AI / Software Engineering experiencen
- Strong Prompt Engineering & Instruction Design experiencen
- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI / Conversational AIn
- Understanding of tool calling, API integration, and workflowsn
- Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, and edge-case handlingn
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skillsn
- Ability to work on production-oriented AI solutionsn
