Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Security Division at Sitapura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of MIS reporting and MS Excel, and excellent typing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily security-related data and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Enter and verify data accurately in Excel and company systems.
- Maintain records related to security staff, attendance, deployment, shifts, incidents, and other operational activities.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required by the management.
- Coordinate with security supervisors and other departments for data collection and verification.
- Ensure all records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other data entry and MIS-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, MIS Executive, or similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MIS reporting.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and tasks within deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in security, facility management, manufacturing, or industrial environments will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
