Hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads
Ability to independently analyze, optimize, and manage paid campaigns
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel
Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms/UI
Ability to understand different business niches and identify the right target audience
Comfortable analyzing key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
Good creative judgment for ad copies, visuals, hooks, and campaign angles

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, create,



manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube and Remarketing campaigns.
Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management.
Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
Manage campaign budgets and make regular bid and budget adjustments.
Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
Create and test different ad copies, audiences, keywords and creatives.
Monitor search terms and ensure irrelevant traffic is controlled through negative keywords.
Set up and check conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.
Work with the content and design team to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
