Join us as a Customer Engineer - Existing Installation

Your main responsibilities:

- Oversee the effective management of existing portfolio by ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with technical personnel for ensuring smooth service delivery and repairs.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, understanding and addressing their specific needs related to existing installations. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, coordinating timely resolutions with technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical supervisors, engineers, and service technicians, to ensure seamless project management and service delivery. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and senior management, to ensure alignment on project objectives and service delivery standards. Maintain transparency and clear communication channels to foster cooperative environments.
- On time renewals of AMCs of Schindler's existing portfolio.
- AR - Ensure timely collection of pending dues.
- Portfolio protection and recovery of lost jobs under the Schindler portfolio (LTPs).

What you bring Qualification:

Graduate / Engineer, Postgraduate preferred

Professional Experience:

Min. 4 - 6 years of experience into Sales
