Role Description The Creative Associate role at Canvas & Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves developing visual concepts and graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand assets.

The Creative

Associate will collaborate with marketing strategists, content teams, and clients to translate ideas into compelling designs that align with brand positioning and growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming creative directions, designing graphics, refining branding elements, and supporting the creation of pitch decks and GTM collateral.



The role also requires maintaining consistency across visual touchpoints and contributing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with experience creating digital and print assets.
- Demonstrated Creativity Skills and understanding of Branding principles for cohesive visual identity.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in marketing, content-driven campaigns, or agency environments is an advantage.
