Position Title: Technical Project Manager (T08)
Roles & responsibilities:
Responsible for leading IT projects across Supply Chain domains such as Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Automation and Transportation. The role involves project planning, budgeting, resource and risk management, leveraging Oracle PPM and project management best practices, while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced workplace.
IT Project Management:
- Interfacing with Executive Level Management while doing process design work, providing status updates and reporting issues
- Manage projects,



demonstrate a sense of urgency to drive projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment
- Develop plans and track progress of projects to successful completion
- Work closely with Business, Vendors, and IT teams to collaborate on roadmap planning, dependency mapping, intake and change request process and tracking status
- Foster a strong work environment that rewards individual and team efforts; encourages creativity while maintaining high caliber productivity and quality
- Creates and sustains links between business requirements and technology production while articulating requirements and controls expectations of both business and technical clients.

IT Project Planning and Organization:
- Does project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment for IT projects that span disciplines, geographic areas and business cultures
