Responsible for managing procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and supply chain operations to ensure timely availability of materials at optimal cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and timely supply of materials as per requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and material consumption.
- Ensure cost-effective sourcing and negotiate with vendors.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and supply chain records.
- Coordinate with departments to understand and fulfill material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital supply chain operations.
