We are looking for an experienced Avature AI SME to help transform Talent Acquisition and HR operations through Avature’s AI, automation, and intelligent workflow capabilities. This role will combine strong Avature platform expertise with hands-on knowledge of AI-driven recruiting solutions, conversational experiences, semantic matching, and agentic automation. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable Avature solutions while ensuring strong governance, adoption, and measurable business value.

The Avature AI SME will:

- Architect and deliver Avature-based solutions supporting Talent Acquisition, CRM, candidate engagement, onboarding, and broader HR processes.
- Configure, enhance, and operationalize Avature Copilot, AI agents, and intelligent automation based on business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across the recruiting lifecycle, including creation, candidate sourcing, screening insights, interview preparation, candidate summaries, and onboarding.
- Build and enhance conversational AI and chatbot experiences that improve candidate communication, engagement, and support.
- Leverage semantic search, AI recommendations, skills matching, and intelligent candidate-job matching to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Translate complex recruiting and HR processes into efficient, AI-enabled Avature workflows and scalable platform solutions.
- Establish practical AI governance, controls, explainability, compliance, and responsible AI practices for enterprise HR use cases.
- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate existing workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend opportunities for automation, simplification, and AI-driven transformation.




- Lead solution adoption through documentation, demonstrations, stakeholder enablement, training, and ongoing optimization.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives while balancing business priorities, platform capabilities, scalability, security, and user experience.

Required Experience
- 4–5+ years of experience working with HR technology, ATS, or Talent Acquisition platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing the Avature platform, including complex business workflows.
- Proven enterprise experience implementing and supporting Avature AI capabilities.
- Experience contributing to or leading large-scale Talent Acquisition or HR transformation programs.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, requirements analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery.

Must-Have Skills
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Avature configuration, workflows, and portals.
- Practical experience with Avature AI, including Copilot, AI agents, and AI-powered automation.
- Experience implementing semantic search, AI recommendations, and skills-based matching.
- Hands-on exposure to Conversational AI / chatbot solutions.
- Robust understanding of AI applications throughout the Talent Acquisition and recruiting lifecycle.
- Knowledge of AI governance, explainability, responsible AI, and compliance considerations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Avature Portal Builder and designing candidate-facing experiences.
- Integration experience involving APIs, middleware, and Avature Junction.
- Experience supporting global Talent Acquisition transformation programs.
- Understanding of skills intelligence and workforce planning solutions.
- Experience transforming onboarding or Offer-to-Day-1 processes using technology and automation.
