About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Android Developer to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications.

You will work closely with the product, backend, UI/UX, and business teams to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Build clean, scalable, and maintainable application architecture.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly UI based on UI/UX designs.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues and performance problems.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, stability, and battery usage.
- Implement authentication, notifications, analytics, and other mobile features.
- Work with databases and local storage where required.
- Conduct code reviews and follow coding best practices.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.
- Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and development practices.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK.
- Good hands-on experience with Kotlin and/or Java.
- Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, Git, and GitHub/GitLab.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON.




- Experience with API integration and third-party SDKs.
- Good understanding of Android UI/UX and Material Design.
- Knowledge of Firebase is preferred.
- Understanding of Android application lifecycle and memory management.
- Valuable debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and efficient code.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of MVVM / Clean Architecture.
- Experience with Retrofit, Room, Coroutines, and Firebase.
- Experience with payment gateway or fintech/lending applications is an advantage.
- Knowledge of application security and data protection.
- Experience in publishing and managing apps on Google Play Console.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,682.16 - ₹19,333.66 per month
