About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, and prompt engineering and should be capable of integrating AI solutions into real-world applications.

The candidate will work closely with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent features and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions into web and mobile applications.
- Work with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs and AI platforms.
- Design and implement AI-powered features, chatbots, recommendation systems, automation tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop effective prompts, system instructions, and AI workflows for LLM-based applications.
- Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge bases.
- Integrate AI services and APIs with existing backend systems.
- Build and optimize AI pipelines for performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with databases and process structured/unstructured data for AI applications.
- Collaborate with Frontend, Backend, Mobile, and DevOps developers.
- Test AI outputs and continuously improve model accuracy and reliability.
- Research and evaluate current AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tools.
- Deploy and maintain AI applications in production environments.
- Ensure appropriate handling of data, privacy, security, and API credentials.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Python.
- Practical experience with Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence.




- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working with AI APIs and SDKs.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of deployment, Docker, cloud services, or DevOps is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and deploying production-level AI applications.
- Experience with OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude API, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or other ML frameworks.
- Experience with WebSockets, real-time applications, or AI chat systems.
- Experience optimizing AI applications for cost, latency, and scalability.
- Understanding of AI agents and tool/function calling is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
